Once installed, you will receive a digital document pack containing all the user information and relevant documentation for your new charge point, including your electrical installation certificate.
We will do all the leg work regarding informing the relevant authorities, although in some rare cases we will need to liaise with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) prior to any installation.
